一、 材料準備
預應力筋(鋼絞線、精軋螺紋鋼筋或普通螺紋鋼筋)、32.5級普通硅酸鹽水泥、錨桿錨具 (QM、QVM錨具)。
二、 施工機具
鉆孔機、拔管機、注漿泵、電動油泵、千斤頂、控制儀表等。
三、 作業(yè)條件
1、 施工地區(qū)的地質(zhì)勘探資料，查明該地區(qū)的土層分布和各土層的物理力學特性，以便確定土層錨桿的布置和選擇鉆孔方法。
2、 了解地下水位及其變化情況、地下水的成分和含量，以便研究對土層錨桿的防腐處理。
3、 查明施工地區(qū)地下構(gòu)筑物及地下管線的位置和情況，以便確定土層錨桿的方法。
4、 考慮土層錨桿施工對鄰近建筑物或地域的影響，如果土層錨桿的長度超出建筑物紅線時，要征得有關部門的同意或許可后方可進行施工。
5、 施工前要編制土層錨桿的施工方案，確定土層錨桿的施工順序，安排好施工進度和勞動力組織，制定鉆孔機械的進場、使用和保養(yǎng)維修
