泥水工安全技術(shù)交底

一、砌體施工：
 ⒈挖掘土方，兩人操作間距保持2~3m，并由上而下逐層挖掘，禁止采取掏洞的操作方法。
 ⒉開挖溝槽、基坑等，應(yīng)根據(jù)土質(zhì)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工員交底放坡，挖出的泥土應(yīng)堆放在坑槽邊1m以外，堆高不得超過(guò)1.5m。

 ⒊砌基礎(chǔ)時(shí)，應(yīng)檢查和經(jīng)常注意基坑土質(zhì)變化情況，有無(wú)崩裂現(xiàn)象。堆放材料應(yīng)離開坑槽邊1m以上。當(dāng)基坑較須設(shè)護(hù)壁支撐時(shí)，操作人員應(yīng)設(shè)梯子上下，不得攀跳，運(yùn)料不得碰撞支撐。

 ⒋墻身砌體高度超過(guò)1.2m時(shí)，應(yīng)搭設(shè)腳手架。在一層以上或高度超過(guò)4m時(shí)采用里腳手架必須在墻外張掛安全網(wǎng)，采用外腳手架應(yīng)綁護(hù)身欄桿后方準(zhǔn)操作。

 ⒌用內(nèi)架砌外墻時(shí)，架板要低于外墻20cm，墻外按規(guī)定張掛安全網(wǎng)。
 ⒍腳手架上堆磚不得超過(guò)三皮，架子轉(zhuǎn)角處不得堆砧，除操作層外，上下皮架只允許堆零星材料，不得多層都堆料。

 ⒎在高處砌墻時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)砧應(yīng)面向墻面，工作完畢應(yīng)將腳手板和磚墻上的碎磚，灰漿清掃干凈，防止掉落傷
