立交橋泵站深基坑施工應急預案

一、應急預案的方針與原則
堅持“安全第一，預防為主”、“保護人員安全優(yōu)先，保護環(huán)境優(yōu)先”的方針，貫徹“常備不懈、統(tǒng)一指揮、高效協(xié)調(diào)、持續(xù)改進”的原則。更好地適應法律和經(jīng)濟活動的要求；給企業(yè)員工的工作和施工場區(qū)周圍居民提供更好更安全的環(huán)境；保證各種應急資源處于良好的備戰(zhàn)狀態(tài)；指導應急行動按計劃有序地進行；防止因應急行動組織不力或現(xiàn)場救援工作的無序和混亂而延誤事故的應急救援；有效地避免或降低人員傷亡和財產(chǎn)損失；幫助實現(xiàn)應急行動的快速、有序、高效；充分體現(xiàn)應急救援的“應急精神”。
二、應急策劃
(一)工程概況及地質(zhì)條件
(1)工程概況
濟南市城區(qū)工程建設指揮部擬在經(jīng)十路南側、鐵西路東側修建一座泵房站，建筑物長22.00米，寬度2.8－11.5米，基坑開挖深度12.00米，根據(jù)場地工程地質(zhì)及水文地質(zhì)條件，在基坑開挖和使用過程中需要進行臨時性基坑支護。
 (2)工程地質(zhì)
1、巖土工程條件
擬建場地地形平坦，地貌單元為山前沖洪積平原下部，場區(qū)內(nèi)與基坑支護工程有關的底層主要為上部的填土及下部的沖洪積粉土和粘性土。
