1  范圍
    本工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于空調(diào)系統(tǒng)中制冷管道的保溫工程。
    2  施工準(zhǔn)備
    2.1  材料及主要機(jī)具：
    2.1.1  保溫材料應(yīng)符合設(shè)計規(guī)定并具有制造廠合格證明或檢驗報告。
    2.1.2  保溫材料有聚氨脂硬質(zhì)（軟質(zhì)）泡沫塑料管殼、聚苯乙烯硬質(zhì)（軟質(zhì)）泡沫塑料管殼、巖棉管殼等。以上材質(zhì)應(yīng)導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小，具有一定的強(qiáng)度能承受來自內(nèi)側(cè)和外側(cè)的水濕或氣體滲透，不含有腐蝕性的物質(zhì)，不燃或不易燃燒，便于施工。
    2.1.3  保溫材料在貯存、運輸、現(xiàn)場保管過程中應(yīng)不受潮濕及機(jī)械損傷。        2.1.4  手電鉆、刀鋸、布剪子、克絲鉗、改錐、膩子刀、油刷子、抹子、小桶、彎鉤等。
    2.2  作業(yè)條件：
    2.2.1  難燃材料必須對其耐燃性能進(jìn)行驗證，合格后方能使用。
    2.2.2  管道保溫層施工必須在系統(tǒng)壓力試驗檢漏合格，防腐處理結(jié)束后進(jìn)行。
    2.2.3  場地應(yīng)清潔干凈，有良好的照明設(shè)施。冬、雨期施工應(yīng)有防凍防雨雪措施。
    2.2.4  管道支吊架處的不襯墊缺損或漏裝的應(yīng)補(bǔ)齊。儀表接管部件等均已安裝完畢。
    2.2.5  應(yīng)有施工員的書面技術(shù)、質(zhì)量、安全交底。保溫前應(yīng)進(jìn)行隱檢。
    3  操作工藝
    3.1  工藝流程：
 隱檢→一般按絕熱層→防潮層→保護(hù)層 的順序施工→檢驗。

    2.1.3 heat insulating material in storage, transportation, site storage process should be free from moisture and mechanical damage. 2.1.4 hand drill, saw and knife, cloth scissors, Cutting pliers, screwdrivers, putty knives, oil brush, trowel, small buckets, hooks and so on.
    2.2 Operating conditions:
    2.2.1 of its flame retardant properties of materials must be validated, certified before use.
    2.2.2 Construction of pipe insulation must be qualified in the leak detection system, pressure test, after the end of preservative treatment.
    2.2.3 The site should be clean, have good lighting. Winter, freezing rain on the construction should be measures to prevent rain and snow.

    2.2.5 Construction workers should have a written technology, quality, safety cards on the table. Insulation should be hidden before the inspection.
    3 Operation Process
    3.1 Process:
