第一章 施工組織方案

1.1 施工測量
    本工程施工測量的主要任務(wù)是：施工控制網(wǎng)的建立(包括全線主控制網(wǎng)的復(fù)測與施工控制網(wǎng)點的加密)，施工細部結(jié)構(gòu)以及形體的幾何尺寸，傾角、線型等精密定位，本工程涉及到工程測量與安裝測量兩方面的技術(shù)問題，測量技術(shù)含量高，施工測量精度要求高，因此我項目部將本工程施工測量列為首要工序，重點管理，要求測量部門技術(shù)超前，科學管理，及時總結(jié)，精益求精，以高質(zhì)量、高效率地完成本工程施工測量任務(wù)。
1.1.1測量質(zhì)量技術(shù)管理
    （1）測量硬件設(shè)施配置：本工程中，將投入1臺高精度的全站儀，2臺高精度的精密水準儀，2臺J2經(jīng)緯儀以及相關(guān)測量設(shè)備。
    （2）測量人員配備：在本工程中我單位將調(diào)派富有市政道路施工測量經(jīng)驗的測量工程師1名和測量工2名。
（3）測量技術(shù)管理：在本工程施工中擬建嚴格的測量校核、復(fù)核、審核技術(shù)管理制度，除在測量部門內(nèi)部實行此制度進行自檢外，項目部實行項目總工程師、專職質(zhì)檢員、測量技術(shù)主管三級參加的技術(shù)復(fù)核制度，單項技術(shù)干部參加并負責單項的測量技術(shù)復(fù)核工作，本工程測量技術(shù)管理流程見下圖。

1.1 Construction Survey
