施工技術(shù)總結(jié)

深圳市田園海上風光旅游區(qū)游覽步道區(qū)工程經(jīng)過我司近十個月努力奮戰(zhàn)，已勝利竣工。在此感謝建設(shè)單位、監(jiān)理單位和其它各相關(guān)質(zhì)監(jiān)單位的大力支持與配合。
一、工程概況
本工程地處沙井鎮(zhèn)民主村田園路以北，毗鄰農(nóng)耕文明館展區(qū)，總建筑面積992.3㎡，基中服務(wù)建筑263.3㎡，其它729㎡。本工程由西向東依次為服務(wù)建筑、休息廊、公廁，三者已由田園路為進口的進化大道連接，西側(cè)布置雕塑、花園、茶園等景點。其中，服務(wù)建筑共一層，為本工程設(shè)計主體構(gòu)造為鋼體蓬架結(jié)構(gòu)。由平面間距尺寸為4.5m×4.5m鋼柱拉張拉膜組合而成，共計七座，全部采用輕質(zhì)泰柏板墻體，復(fù)合壓型鋼板屋面結(jié)構(gòu)，服務(wù)建筑為三類防雷建筑場，休息廊位于本區(qū)中部靠東，弧形平面，內(nèi)弧平徑249m，全部木質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)，螺栓連接，公廁位于東側(cè)進化大道口。管線中，污水管徑200mm，與田園路市政污水管接通。雨水管徑有d300、d400、d500三種，并設(shè)φ100磚砌圓形雨水檢查井和單雨水口，與市政雨水管連通。給水管室外埋深0.7m，室內(nèi)為明裝，由田園路市政給水管引入。綠化澆灌給水管采用PVC管引自補水管，并在相應(yīng)位置設(shè)室外灑水栓，埋
