昌萬公路建設(shè)項目竣工檔案資料管理報告

一、項目概況
南昌至萬年公路建設(shè)項目（原稱南昌至峽嶺公路建設(shè)項目，2003年11月經(jīng)上級批準，更稱為現(xiàn)名）依據(jù)江西省發(fā)展計劃委員會《關(guān)于南昌至峽嶺公路工程可行性研究報告的批復(fù)》（贛計能交字〔1999〕37號）、江西省發(fā)展計劃委員會《關(guān)于南昌至峽嶺公路工程初步設(shè)計的批復(fù)》（贛計設(shè)審字〔2002〕46號）、江西省發(fā)展計劃委員會《關(guān)于南昌至峽嶺公路重大設(shè)計變更及有關(guān)概算調(diào)整的批復(fù)》（贛計設(shè)審字〔2003〕341號）。該項目于2002年6月28日正式開工，2004年5月20日進行了交工驗收，2004年6月28日正式建成通車。
（一）建設(shè)規(guī)模及標準
南昌至萬年（峽嶺）二級公路始于南昌市北京東路延伸段與尤（口）氨（廠）公路交界處，沿鄱陽湖南岸修建。途經(jīng)南昌縣、進賢縣、余干縣、萬年縣，終點在萬年縣境內(nèi)的峽嶺與206國道相接。主線總長108.95公里，連接線長5.92公里。工程總投資原為54055.34萬元，經(jīng)省計委（贛設(shè)審字[2003]341號）文件批復(fù)，調(diào)整后的概算為59034.78萬元。
