質(zhì)量監(jiān)督機構(gòu)在交工驗收前質(zhì)量檢測、檢查，竣工驗收前復測、復查和監(jiān)督過程中檢查資料基礎上的形成工程質(zhì)量鑒定報告
1、工程質(zhì)量鑒定報告注意事項
以竣工驗收前的復測的資料替代交工驗收時檢測的相應指標的數(shù)據(jù)，并對發(fā)生變化或衰減情況進一步分析，在鑒定報告中進行說明。
外觀質(zhì)量也應在竣工驗收前進行復查，特別是結(jié)構(gòu)物的變形、裂縫、高邊坡的穩(wěn)定情況、不良地質(zhì)路段的路基穩(wěn)定性，路面的病害及修補情況等應進行詳細復查，以全面掌握工程質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)狀。復查的結(jié)果作為質(zhì)量鑒定的依據(jù)。對外觀變化較大的部位應在鑒定報告中做出詳細說明。
交工驗收檢測提出問題的落實情況，交工驗收證書提出問題的落實情況也應作為復測的主要內(nèi)容，在鑒定報告中做出說明。
