1設(shè)備、人員動(dòng)員周期和設(shè)備、人員、材料運(yùn)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的方法
1.1設(shè)備、人員動(dòng)員周期
我單位接到中標(biāo)通知后，立即組織項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部人員和機(jī)械設(shè)備上場(chǎng)。由項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理帶領(lǐng)技術(shù)、安全、質(zhì)量、計(jì)劃財(cái)務(wù)、設(shè)備物資、辦公室等部室人員共30人組成先遣組進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)迅速展開工作。7天內(nèi)調(diào)配急需的施工人員180名進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，調(diào)配急需的挖掘機(jī)、推土機(jī)、裝載機(jī)、內(nèi)燃空壓機(jī)、內(nèi)燃發(fā)電機(jī)、混凝土拌和及運(yùn)輸設(shè)備20臺(tái)套及整套試驗(yàn)和測(cè)量?jī)x器到達(dá)工地。項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部其余人員15天內(nèi)全部到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，其他機(jī)械設(shè)備、人員根據(jù)工程進(jìn)度安排，陸續(xù)上場(chǎng)，確保滿足施工需要。
1.2設(shè)備、人員和材料運(yùn)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的方法
1.2.1設(shè)備
外埠的設(shè)備采用火車運(yùn)至西安站，然后用汽車運(yùn)到工地；就近的設(shè)備及從就近施工工地調(diào)運(yùn)的設(shè)備采用平板運(yùn)輸車運(yùn)至施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
1.2.2人員
人員乘坐火車或長(zhǎng)途汽車到達(dá)工地。

1.1 equipment, personnel mobilization cycle
