編制投標書常見的115個錯誤

一、封面
1、封面格式是否與招標文件要求格式一致，文字打印是否有錯字。  
2、封面標段、里程是否與所投標段、里程一致。 
3、企業(yè)法人或委托代理人是否按照規(guī)定簽字或蓋章，是否按規(guī)定加蓋單位公章，投標單位名稱是否與資格審查時的單位名稱相符。
4、投標日期是否正確。  

二、目錄
5、目錄內(nèi)容從順序到文字表述是否與招標文件要求一致。
6、目錄編號、頁碼、標題是否與內(nèi)容編號、頁碼（內(nèi)容首頁）、標題一致。 

三、投標書及投標書附錄
7、投標書格式、標段、里程是否與招標文件規(guī)定相符，建設(shè)單位名稱與招標單位名稱是否正確。 
8、報價金額是否與“投標報價匯總表合計”、“投標報價匯總表”、“綜合報價表”一致，大小寫是否一致，國際標中英文標書報價金額是否一致。
