一、工程量清單招標(biāo)用表由下列內(nèi)容組成
1、封面
2、總說(shuō)明
3、分部分項(xiàng)工程量清單
4、措施項(xiàng)目清單
5、其他項(xiàng)目清單
6、招標(biāo)人材料購(gòu)置費(fèi)清單
7、零星工作項(xiàng)目人工單價(jià)清單
8、規(guī)費(fèi)稅金清單
9、需評(píng)審的材料清單

二、工程量清單的編制應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定
1、工程量清單應(yīng)由招標(biāo)人或其委托的工程造價(jià)咨詢(xún)單位編制。
2、工程量清單表中所有要求簽字、蓋章的地方，必須由規(guī)定的單位和人員簽字、蓋章。
3、總說(shuō)明應(yīng)按下列內(nèi)容填寫(xiě)
（1）工程概況：建設(shè)規(guī)模、工程特征、計(jì)劃工期、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況、自然地理?xiàng)l件、環(huán)境保護(hù)要求等。
（2）工程招標(biāo)和分包范圍。
（3）工程量清單編制依據(jù)。
（4）工程質(zhì)量、材料、施工等的特殊要求。
（5）其他需要說(shuō)明的問(wèn)題。
4、分部分項(xiàng)工程量清單依據(jù)《計(jì)價(jià)規(guī)范》進(jìn)行編制，《計(jì)價(jià)規(guī)范》未包括的項(xiàng)目，編制人可作相應(yīng)補(bǔ)充，并報(bào)當(dāng)?shù)毓こ淘?br /> First, the tender of quantities formed with the table by the following
