工程量清單報(bào)價(jià)，是建設(shè)工程招標(biāo)投標(biāo)活動(dòng)中，按照國家有關(guān)部門統(tǒng)一的工程量清單計(jì)價(jià)規(guī)定，由招標(biāo)單位提供工程量清單，投標(biāo)單位根據(jù)市場行情和本企業(yè)實(shí)際情況自主報(bào)價(jià)，經(jīng)評(píng)審低價(jià)中標(biāo)的工程造價(jià)計(jì)價(jià)模式。這一國際上普遍通行的招標(biāo)方式，在我國實(shí)施以來，其利弊已顯露水面。
