一、工程概況
xx 特大橋,全長(zhǎng)2490.16 m(DK148+553.49~DK151+043.65),基礎(chǔ)型
式:溫州臺(tái)為明挖擴(kuò)大基礎(chǔ),其余全為鉆孔樁基礎(chǔ),最深樁長(zhǎng)73m;設(shè)76
個(gè)墩,2 個(gè)臺(tái),最高墩12m。其中跨永寧江23#~27#墩,自設(shè)計(jì)水位至承臺(tái)
底為3.5~10 米不等,要搭設(shè)水中施工作業(yè)平臺(tái),做鋼圍堰或者薄壁混凝
土圍堰施工;另有6 個(gè)墩處在水溝、小河和泥漿池中,需設(shè)草袋圍堰或鋼
板樁圍堰。所有承臺(tái)采用低樁承臺(tái),有水開(kāi)挖。柱樁要求樁底嵌入基巖層
不少于2.0m(分布情況詳見(jiàn)縱斷面圖),樁長(zhǎng)15.5 m~73 m,總樁長(zhǎng)Φ125
計(jì)548 根,總長(zhǎng)32509 m;Φ150 計(jì)56 根,總長(zhǎng)3408m;鋼筋籠設(shè)計(jì)為Ⅰ級(jí)
鋼筋。全橋穿越地層分布為腐殖土、淤泥、砂礫層、粉質(zhì)粘土、黏土、砂
層、全風(fēng)化~弱風(fēng)化凝灰?guī)r層,最大地基承載力1000kpa。
二、施工工藝及程序

施工程序:場(chǎng)地清理→測(cè)量班現(xiàn)場(chǎng)樁位放樣→報(bào)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收→埋設(shè)
護(hù)筒、制備泥漿、導(dǎo)管泌水試驗(yàn)→報(bào)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收→鉆機(jī)就位→鉆孔→記
錄保存地質(zhì)資料(地質(zhì)情況與設(shè)計(jì)不符報(bào)監(jiān)理及設(shè)計(jì)單位現(xiàn)場(chǎng)處理)
→鉆孔完成、初清→報(bào)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收→下鋼筋籠→報(bào)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收→下導(dǎo)管→
二清→報(bào)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收→報(bào)工地試驗(yàn)室開(kāi)配合比、開(kāi)盤(pán)證→拌合站拌混凝
土→罐車(chē)運(yùn)輸→灌樁→拔除導(dǎo)管

Reinforced. Stratigraphic distribution of full-bridge across the peat, mud, gravel, clay, clay, sand
Layer, Weathered ~ weak weathered tuff layer, the maximum bearing capacity 1000kpa.
