交底內(nèi)容：
1. 綜合管溝工程防水等級為2級,主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用防水混凝土,迎水面采用無機(jī)防水涂料涂刷,施工縫嵌鋼板止水帶,變形縫采用中埋式橡膠止水帶。
2. 無機(jī)防水涂料的主要性能應(yīng)符合《地下工程防水技術(shù)規(guī)范》（GB50108-2001）及《地下防水工程質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》（GB50208-2002）的相關(guān)規(guī)定。
3. 本工程采用的無機(jī)防水涂料有水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料和水基滲透型防水涂料兩種。中環(huán)路綜合管溝除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)斷面采用水基滲透型防水涂料外，其它部位采用水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料；11號路綜合管溝采用水泥基滲透結(jié)晶型防水涂料。
4. 綜合管溝防水工程施工期間，要做好排水工作，地下水位應(yīng)降低至防水工程底部最低標(biāo)高以下至少30cm，直至防水工程全部完成為止。 基坑周圍的地面水必須排除或控制，不得流入基坑。基坑中不應(yīng)積水，如有積水，要排除，嚴(yán)禁帶水或帶泥漿進(jìn)行防水工程施工。
5. 基面必須平整牢固。用2m長直尺檢查，基面與直尺間的最大空隙不超過5mm，且每米長度內(nèi)不得多于一處，空隙間只允許有平緩變化�；鶎颖砻鎽�(yīng)清潔干燥。當(dāng)干燥有困難時，應(yīng)涂刷潮濕基面處理劑。陰陽角處，均應(yīng)做成圓弧形或鈍角。
6. 所有的表面都應(yīng)清除疏松的物質(zhì)、脫模劑、油圬、膠及其它異物。如有必要，應(yīng)用高壓清洗法以除去污物、灰塵及塵垢。
