交底內(nèi)容:
1. 本工程采用建筑夾板作模板,厚度為18mm,構(gòu)造尺寸為長(zhǎng)×寬=980×1800。
2. 模板安裝前應(yīng)在模板表面涂抹脫模劑。
3. 模板安裝前,必須經(jīng)過(guò)正確放樣,檢查無(wú)誤后才立模安裝。
4. 模板必須支撐牢固、穩(wěn)定,無(wú)松動(dòng)、跑模、超標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的變形下沉等現(xiàn)象。模板拼縫平整嚴(yán)密,并采取措施填縫,保證不漏漿,模內(nèi)必須干凈。模板安裝后及時(shí)報(bào)驗(yàn)及澆混凝土。
5. 結(jié)構(gòu)變形縫處的端頭按設(shè)計(jì)要求設(shè)填縫板,填縫板與嵌入式止水帶中心線和變形縫中心線重合并用模板固定牢固。止水帶不能打孔或用鐵釘固定。填縫板的支撐必須牢固,確保不跑模。
6. 墻模板:
(1). 管溝墻鋼筋綁扎完畢經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格后,隨即清理其周圍雜物,為安裝模板作準(zhǔn)備。
(2). 墻模板由φ48鋼管立檔及100mm×100mm木枋橫檔和φ48mm鋼管斜撐來(lái)支撐固定:先立100mm×100mm木枋橫檔@500mm,然后放φ48mm鋼管立檔@600mm。采用φ48×3.5mm鋼管斜撐固定內(nèi)側(cè)板,斜撐底部采用預(yù)埋鋼筋固定。另外,在基底兩側(cè)預(yù)埋φ48×3.5mm短鋼管,將側(cè)模豎向圍檁與預(yù)埋短鋼管用扣件扣牢,以控制側(cè)模上浮。由于鋼管斜撐長(zhǎng)度較長(zhǎng),為保證斜支撐的穩(wěn)定,要求斜支撐之間進(jìn)行有效的連接。
(3). 在墻軸線及邊線測(cè)量放樣準(zhǔn)確無(wú)誤后,并將模板按組分塊,再開始安裝。模板安裝時(shí),先安裝端部外側(cè)模,經(jīng)吊錘吊直,拉線拉平后,將其固定撐牢,再依次安裝其余內(nèi)側(cè)模待鋼筋等隱蔽驗(yàn)收完成后安裝另一側(cè)模板,同時(shí)安裝、緊收對(duì)拉螺栓、斜撐等并加以固定。

6. Wall template:
