交底內(nèi)容:
1. 綜合管溝及其附屬工程的結(jié)構(gòu)砼為C30防水砼,抗?jié)B標(biāo)號為S6,墊層為C15素砼。
2. 混凝土的保護(hù)層厚度:
綜合管溝及其附屬工程結(jié)構(gòu)的地下結(jié)構(gòu):底板下層、壁板外側(cè)和頂板上層為50mm,其余為30mm;
綜合管溝及其附屬工程結(jié)構(gòu)的地上結(jié)構(gòu):梁、柱為35mm,板為25mm;
3. 混凝土配制:本工程采用商品混凝土,混凝土配置嚴(yán)格按設(shè)計(jì)要求的技術(shù)指標(biāo)確定;炷僚浜媳缺仨毥(jīng)試驗(yàn)確定,水泥的選用要減小地下水對鋼筋及混凝土的腐蝕。
4. 混凝土澆注前對模板、鋼筋、預(yù)埋件、預(yù)留孔洞、止水帶等進(jìn)行檢查,清除模板內(nèi)雜物,隱蔽驗(yàn)收合格后,方可灌注混凝土。
5. 混凝土澆注過程中隨時觀測模板、支架、鋼筋、預(yù)埋件和預(yù)留孔洞等情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,及時處理。
6. 混凝土的澆注:本工程采用商品混凝土,并用流槽把砼從攪拌車直接卸到澆注地點(diǎn)。混凝土到達(dá)現(xiàn)場后,材料試驗(yàn)員核準(zhǔn)混凝土發(fā)車時間,混凝土的品種、強(qiáng)度等級,混凝土坍落度是否在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi),并隨機(jī)取樣測定和做試塊,嚴(yán)格把好混凝土的質(zhì)量關(guān)。不同的分部混凝土施工分述如下:
(1). 底板混凝土澆注:
A. 底板厚300mm,混凝土強(qiáng)度等級為防水C30、抗?jié)B等級為S6。在底板面以上500mm設(shè)置一水平施工縫,施工中間設(shè)鍍鋅鋼板止水帶,截面為300mm×3mm。
B. 在混凝土澆筑前24小時內(nèi)對墊層進(jìn)行灑水濕潤,采用“一個坡度、分層澆筑、循序推進(jìn)、一次到頂”的斜面分層法澆筑。
C. 每個施工段均選擇沿管溝方向澆筑,逐層覆蓋沿管溝方向推進(jìn)。澆筑混凝土?xí)r保證每個工作面各有一個流槽;炷翝沧⒁B續(xù),一氣呵成,不留任何豎向施工冷縫。
