交底內(nèi)容:
1. 1. 本工程所用的鋼筋材料:d≤8為I級(jí)鋼筋(HPB235), d≥10為II級(jí)鋼筋(HRB335)。
2. 2. 鋼筋加工:
3. (1) 進(jìn)場(chǎng)鋼筋必須有質(zhì)保書(shū)或試驗(yàn)報(bào)告單,鋼筋進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)分批抽樣做物理力學(xué)試驗(yàn)。
4. (2) 鋼筋加工的形狀、尺寸必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。鋼筋的表面確保潔凈,無(wú)損傷,油漬、漆污和鐵銹等在使用前清除干凈。不使用帶有顆粒狀或片狀老銹的鋼筋。
5. (3) 鋼筋必須平直,無(wú)局部曲折。調(diào)直鋼筋時(shí)按下列規(guī)定執(zhí)行:
6. A. 采用冷拉方法調(diào)直鋼筋時(shí),I級(jí)鋼筋的冷拉率不宜大于4%;II級(jí)鋼筋的冷拉率不宜大于l%。
7. B. 冷拔低碳鋼絲在調(diào)直機(jī)上調(diào)直后,其表面不得有明顯擦傷,抗拉強(qiáng)度不得低于設(shè)計(jì)要求。
8. (4) 鋼筋的彎鉤或彎折按下列規(guī)定執(zhí)行:
9. A. I級(jí)鋼筋末端需要作180o彎鉤,其圓弧彎曲直徑D不小于鋼筋直徑d的2.5倍,平直部分長(zhǎng)度不小于鋼筋直徑d的3倍。
10. B. Ⅱ級(jí)鋼筋末端需作90o或135o彎折時(shí),Ⅱ級(jí)鋼筋的彎曲直徑D不小于鋼筋直徑d的4倍,平直部分長(zhǎng)度按設(shè)計(jì)要求確定。
11. C. 箍筋的末端作成彎鉤,彎鉤形式按設(shè)計(jì)要求。
3. 鋼筋焊接:
(1) 鋼筋焊接使用焊條、焊劑的牌號(hào)、性能以及接頭中使用的鋼板和型鋼必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和有關(guān)規(guī)定,本工程設(shè)計(jì)要求為: I級(jí)鋼筋采用T42型焊條,Ⅱ級(jí)鋼筋采用T50型焊條。
(2) 鋼筋焊接前,必須根據(jù)施工條件進(jìn)行試焊,合格后方可施焊。焊工必須有焊工考試合格證,并在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行焊接操作。
(3) 焊接成型時(shí),焊接處應(yīng)無(wú)水銹、油漬等,焊接后在焊接處無(wú)缺口、裂紋及較大的金屬焊瘤,用小錘敲擊時(shí),應(yīng)發(fā)出與鋼筋同樣的清脆聲。鋼筋端部的扭曲、彎折必須校直或切除。
(4) 軸心受拉和小偏心受拉桿件中的鋼筋接頭均采用焊接。普通混凝土

3. Steel welding:
