交底內(nèi)容:
1、本工程施工里程為K6+950~ K9+700,電力電纜橋架包括工字鋼、支架及其配件組成,通信電纜橋架由工字鋼、支架、有孔托盤及其配件組成。
2、K6+950~ K8+125參照設計圖紙標準斷面(一),K8+125~ K9+700參照設計圖紙標準斷面(二),電力倉和通信倉立柱均選用10號工字鋼,K6+950~ K8+125每根工字鋼長2.0m(非標準斷面除外),K8+125~ K9+700每根工字鋼長2.5m(非標準斷面除外),單個支架寬度為550(電力支架荷載等級為D級:2.5KN/m,通信支架荷載等級為B級:1.5KN/m)。電力倉靠環(huán)外側(cè)有5排,豎向每排間距為300~450,水平間距均為800,內(nèi)側(cè)有4排(自用暫時不做),豎向每排間距為450,水平間距均為800;通信倉靠內(nèi)側(cè)有6排,豎向每排間距為300,水平間距均為800。
3、預埋鋼板凹入混凝土面≤3.0cm采用加墊鋼板齊平墻面,周邊與預埋鋼板滿焊,凹入混凝土面>3.0cm采用加高鋼板,橫向加一塊橫肋,鋼板厚度為2cm,均須與預埋鋼板滿焊,加高面與混凝土面齊平。
4、電纜支架、加墊(高)鋼板采用Q235A鋼,材質(zhì)應符合《普通碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼技術條件》GB700標準要求,并符合《普通碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼冷扎鋼帶》GB716及《普通碳素鋼、低合金鋼薄鋼板技術條件》GB912標準的有關規(guī)定。
5、固定支架的螺栓材質(zhì)應符合《普通碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼技術條件》GB700標準中Q235A鋼,鉚釘?shù)染o固件材料應符合《普通碳素鋼鉚螺用熱軋圓鋼技術條件》GB

1, this construction milestone for the K6 +950 ~ K9 +700, power cable tray include beams, brackets and accessories, communication cable bridge from the I-beam, bracket, with holes formed trays and accessories.
2, K6 +950 ~ K8 +125 design drawings and standard reference section (1), K8 +125 ~ K9 +700 design drawings and standard reference section (b), power storage and communications positions 10, I-beam columns are selected, K6 + 950 ~ K8 +125 of each I-beam length 2.0m (excluding non-standard section), K8 +125 ~ K9 +700 length of each I-beam 2.5m (excluding non-standard section), width of a single bracket 550 (the power bracket load rating for a D grade: 2.5KN / m, communication support load rating of B grade: 1.5KN / m). Power positions outside the ring has 5 rows, the vertical distance between each row 300 to 450, the level spacing are 800, the inside of row 4 (for personal use for the time being do not do), the vertical distance between each row of 450, the level spacing are 800; communications positions inside by 6 rows, the vertical distance between each row of 300, the horizontal spacing are 800.
3, embedded steel concave surface ≤ 3.0cm concrete plate flush with padded walls, surrounding and embedded steel full welded, recessed concrete surface> 3.0cm by heightening plate, add a horizontal transverse rib, steel thickness 2cm, shall be filled with the embedded steel plate welding, heightening surface flush with the concrete surface.
4, cable support, plus pad (high) Q235A steel plate used, the material should be consistent with "ordinary carbon structural steel technical conditions" GB700 standards and in accordance with "ordinary carbon steel cold rolling steel" GB716 and "ordinary carbon steel, low alloy steel sheet and technological conditions "GB912 standard requirements.
5 bolt fixation material should be consistent with "ordinary carbon structural steel technical conditions" GB700 standard Q235A steel, rivets and other fastening materials should be consistent with "ordinary carbon steel hot rolled round steel Heading technical conditions" GB
