交底內(nèi)容：
1. 綜合管溝工程每約30m分為一段，段與段之間設(shè)置變形縫，具體變形縫位置設(shè)置見設(shè)計圖紙中圖號為“RC501C-Z-07”中的《中環(huán)路綜合管溝變形縫位置表》及其說明以及相關(guān)的設(shè)計變更通知單。
2. 綜合管溝及其附屬工程中的變形縫，包括橡膠止水帶、雙組份聚硫密封膏、聚乙烯發(fā)泡填縫板等，變形縫所用材料應(yīng)符合《地下防水工程質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》（GB50208-2002）的要求。變形縫所用產(chǎn)品都應(yīng)嚴格按照生產(chǎn)廠家推薦的方法裝卸、放置、裝配和安裝。
3. 變形縫嵌縫材料施工前，應(yīng)對變形縫進行檢查，使其符合圖紙要求，并將預(yù)留凹槽內(nèi)混凝土打毛，清掃干凈。
4. 止水帶中心線應(yīng)和變形縫中心線重合，止水帶不得穿孔或用鐵釘固定；寬度和材質(zhì)的物理性能應(yīng)符合設(shè)計要求，且無裂縫和氣泡。
5. 在進行雙組份聚硫密封膏材料嵌縫施工時，縫內(nèi)兩側(cè)應(yīng)平整、清潔、無滲水，并涂刷與嵌縫材料相容的基層處理劑；嵌縫時應(yīng)先設(shè)置與嵌縫材料隔離的聚乙烯泡沫塑料板；嵌縫應(yīng)密實，與兩側(cè)粘結(jié)牢固。
6. 聚乙烯發(fā)泡填縫板橡膠止水帶中心線和變形縫中心線重合并用模板固定牢固。
7. 綁扎變形縫鋼筋時要保護已安裝好的變形縫材料。
