預(yù)制混凝土板塊和水泥方磚路面鋪設(shè)施工
1  范圍
    本工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于工業(yè)與民用建筑的廠區(qū)、庭院道路及停車場(chǎng)等，鋪設(shè)預(yù)制混凝土板塊和水泥方格磚面層。
2  施工準(zhǔn)備
    2.1  材料及主要機(jī)具：
    2.1.1  預(yù)制混凝土板塊：強(qiáng)度不應(yīng)小于20MPa，規(guī)格為49.5cm×49.5cm，路面塊材厚度為10cm以上，人行道及庭院塊材厚度為5cm以上。進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)應(yīng)有出廠合格證、混凝土強(qiáng)度試壓記錄。并對(duì)混凝土板塊進(jìn)行外觀檢查，表面要求密實(shí)，無麻面、裂紋和脫皮，邊角方正，無扭曲、缺角、掉邊。板塊允許偏差：長(zhǎng)、寬±2.5mm.，厚度±2.5mm，長(zhǎng)度≥400mm平整度為lmm，長(zhǎng)度≥800mm，平整度為2mm。
    2.1.2  水泥方格磚：尺寸為25cm×25cm×5cm，抗壓、抗折強(qiáng)度符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，其規(guī)格、品種按設(shè)計(jì)要求選配，外觀邊角整齊方正，表面光滑、平整，無扭曲、缺角、掉邊現(xiàn)象，進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)應(yīng)有出廠合格證。
    2.1.3  砂：粗砂、中砂。
    2.1.4  水泥：325號(hào)以上普通硅酸鹽水泥或礦渣硅酸鹽水泥，有出廠合格證。
    2.1.5  磨細(xì)生石灰粉：提前48h熟化后再用。
    2.1.6  預(yù)制混凝土與路牙子，按圖紙尺寸及強(qiáng)度等級(jí)提前預(yù)制加工。
    2.1.7  主要機(jī)具：小水桶、半截桶、掃帚、平鐵鍬、鐵抹子、大木杠、小木杠、篩子、窗紗篩子、噴壺、錘子、橡皮錘、鏨子、溜子、板塊夾具、扁擔(dān)、手推車等。
    2.2  作業(yè)條件：
    2.2.1  庭院或小區(qū)的地下各種管道，如污水、雨水、電纜、煤氣等均施工完，并經(jīng)檢查驗(yàn)收。
    2.2.2  庭院或小區(qū)的場(chǎng)地已進(jìn)行基本平整，障礙物已清除出場(chǎng)。
    2.2.3  庭院或小區(qū)道路已放線且已抄平，標(biāo)高、尺寸已按設(shè)計(jì)要求確定好。路基基土已碾壓密實(shí)，密實(shí)度符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，并已經(jīng)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收。
3  操作工藝
