土方施工技術交底

一、 施工順序
根據現場土層分布情況，采用分層逐塊開挖，首先修建至棄土區(qū)便道，然如后圖所示，先開挖1號區(qū)（頂面標高為53.00~55.55）,開挖至2號區(qū)頂面（頂面標高為52.00~52.34），并修建排水溝與取土便道。然后開挖2號區(qū)，開挖至3號區(qū)頂面（頂面標高為49.31~50.46），然后開挖3號區(qū)，開挖至4號區(qū)頂面（頂面標高為47.78~48.55）,最后由4號區(qū)開挖至43m的標高（因為現在處于雨季，水面標高以至42m左右），待水退以后在挖至規(guī)劃河底標高。挖除的土方轉運至我部租用的當地魏莊村一大小為40畝左右的玉米洼地里。
二、 土方施工
本項工程量為9萬m3左右土方，受于場地限制，準備采用1臺挖機配合兩臺裝載機同時施工，運土設備采用20臺斯太爾自卸汽車進行運輸。施工時每臺設備配備2名操作工人，分兩班倒24小時不間斷施工。每日計劃開挖土方量3000 m3，由于現在正處于濟南的雨季，土層性質黃土為主，含水量高，一遇下雨，整個土方工作面幾天不能進行施工，所走便道遇雨又需修整換填。因此估計工期為45個工作日。
1、 施工技術方案及操作要點
土方開挖邊坡按1：1考慮，土方開挖前首先經由測量放樣，并報監(jiān)理審批后，然后根據開挖深度定出兩邊邊線。開挖時先做好地面排水，開挖1號區(qū)時，運輸車輛停放在2號區(qū)面上，挖機在1號區(qū)頂面由南向北開挖，裝載機在2號區(qū)面上裝運。在K4+700~780范圍修建兩條6m寬取土便道(兩條總長160m)，一條上行道，一條下行道。由于土壤性質為含水量大的黃土，在重車碾壓后每隔1小時左右就需裝載機重新修整，因此準備回填30cm厚左右的砂礫在便道上。開挖過程中2號區(qū)面上，裝載機要隨時整
