塑料排水板施工技術交底
一、 材料
C型塑料排水板截面尺寸100×4.5mm，抗拉強度不小于130N/cm，要有出廠合格證，報監(jiān)理認可。
二、操作工藝
砂墊層施工經(jīng)監(jiān)理認可后，進行施工。
1、放線：按梅花形布置，部位樁長見設計圖L—11，根數(shù)見設計圖L-13。           
2、塑料排水板要求穿過淤泥軟土層及軟弱下臥層進入砂層至少0.5m，排水板的最大施工深度按25m控制。插完后排水板伸出砂墊層20cm。
3、 遇魚塘、甘蔗地、溝渠，必須排水晾曬，挖除植物根，鏟平塘梗。
4、 如場地太軟，則在表面鋪荊笆、塑料編織、尼龍編織等土工合成材料后修筑道路，機械進場。
5、 50cm厚砂墊層用中粗砂，含泥量小于5%，干密度不得小于1.6g/cm3,壓實厚度為50cm，砂墊層伸出路堤坡腳外1m，當路堤設計高度大于3.5m時，在砂墊層中加鋪一層單向土工格柵，土工格柵的抗拉強度不小于50KN/m。另外，在與攪拌樁交接處前后各10米長采用雙向土工格柵，其抗拉強度不小于50KN/m。
6、 塑料排水板接長時，必須采用濾膜內(nèi)芯板平搭接的方式，搭接長度不得小于200mm。
7、 嚴格控制回帶長度，不得超過500mm，否則要在附近補打，回帶的根數(shù)應控制在總打設根數(shù)的5%以內(nèi)。
8、 樁長與套管配合要適當，以免淤泥進入。
三、質(zhì)量標準
