水泥穩(wěn)定級(jí)配碎石(石屑)基層技術(shù)交底
本施工段車(chē)行道采用厚15cm 碎石墊層,在路床檢驗(yàn)合格后施工;鶋|層上鋪設(shè)厚15cm4%水泥穩(wěn)定石屑下基層。再在基上鋪設(shè)30cm6%水泥穩(wěn)定級(jí)配碎石基層;人行道無(wú)墊層,要20cm4水泥穩(wěn)定石屑層%。
一、材料
1、水泥采用普通硅酸鹽水泥、礦碴硅酸鹽水泥,終凝時(shí)間在6小時(shí)以上。要有出廠(chǎng)合格證和廠(chǎng)家的化驗(yàn)報(bào)告。使用需要按規(guī)定進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn);
2、碎石壓碎值不大于30%,有機(jī)質(zhì)含量不超過(guò)2%,最大粒徑不超過(guò)31.5mm 不含或少含土;
3、水采用自來(lái)水。工程開(kāi)工前,將擬用的材料樣品委托實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行混合料組成設(shè)計(jì),并將結(jié)果報(bào)告監(jiān)理工程師審批。在未開(kāi)始鋪筑水泥穩(wěn)定碎石面基層至少28天前,先在監(jiān)理工程師批準(zhǔn)的地點(diǎn)試鋪一段800m2的試驗(yàn)路段。
試驗(yàn)路段試驗(yàn)方案包括用不同設(shè)備類(lèi)型及技術(shù),不同的壓實(shí)方法,認(rèn)真檢驗(yàn)所采用的設(shè)備能滿(mǎn)足備料、拌和、攤鋪和壓實(shí)最合適的方案。并確實(shí)次數(shù)、層厚、含水量、干密度等,據(jù)此指導(dǎo)施工。
二、施工工藝
1、拌和
在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)攪拌站,機(jī)械攪拌。先檢查水泥、碎石、石屑、水是否符合規(guī)范規(guī)定。配合比嚴(yán)格控制,確保拌和料達(dá)到最佳含水量。
2、攤鋪
按設(shè)計(jì)厚度放出橫斷面標(biāo)高,分層攤鋪,攤鋪用機(jī)械進(jìn)行,機(jī)械無(wú)法到達(dá)的部位,用工攤鋪,蛙式打夯機(jī)夯實(shí)。
3、碾壓
攤鋪整平后,立即碾壓。應(yīng)先輕后重,先邊后中,先慢后快的原則,并在水泥終凝前完成。即先用8T壓路機(jī)碾壓2遍,再用12T壓路機(jī)碾

Second, construction technology
1, mixing
