水泥土攪拌樁技術(shù)交底

水泥土攪拌樁在橋臺(tái)臺(tái)后60米范圍內(nèi)采用。樁徑55сm樁間距1.2~1.8米，梅花形布置，樁應(yīng)穿過淤泥層0.5米當(dāng)淤泥層厚度大于16米時(shí)，樁長(zhǎng)按16米控制。
  一、材料：
     水泥采用普通硅酸鹽水泥，強(qiáng)度32..5必須有出廠合格證和化驗(yàn)單，并按規(guī)范實(shí)驗(yàn)。水采用自來水或經(jīng)化驗(yàn)合格的河水。
  二、施工工藝
1、 場(chǎng)地準(zhǔn)備。清除地表雜土、腐植土、壓實(shí)。
2、 測(cè)量定位。按設(shè)計(jì)要求的間距測(cè)放樁位。如要變更設(shè)計(jì)樁位，需經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)、監(jiān)理同意。
3、 試樁
先按不同的地質(zhì)段進(jìn)行試樁，以掌握現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的成樁參數(shù)，拒此指導(dǎo)施工，試樁數(shù)不少于5根
4、 根據(jù)各段設(shè)計(jì)樁長(zhǎng)，對(duì)鉆桿用油漆做好標(biāo)記，以便掌握鉆進(jìn)的深度。
5、 樁機(jī)定位對(duì)中，調(diào)正導(dǎo)軌的垂直度。
6、 預(yù)拌下沉到設(shè)計(jì)深度。
7、 提升噴漿攪拌。開啟灰漿泵將水泥漿壓入路基土中，邊噴漿邊旋轉(zhuǎn)，邊按試樁確定的提升速度提升攪拌機(jī)，停漿面比設(shè)計(jì)樁頂標(biāo)高高出50сm。
8、 重復(fù)上、下攪拌，共四拌兩噴。
9、 清洗。向集料斗中注適量的清水，開啟灰漿泵，將管路中殘存的水泥漿清洗干凈，清除攪拌頭上的土。
