1 砼配合比及攪拌
1.1 施工前必須對(duì)砼路面用的砂、石、水泥鋼筋等原材料取樣試驗(yàn)分析，并通過試驗(yàn)得出
砼配合比數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告；同時(shí)復(fù)核平面和高程，檢查模板位置和高程，使之符合國(guó)家有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、
規(guī)范的規(guī)定。
1.2 施工前必須對(duì)砼路面基層進(jìn)行復(fù)查，各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均應(yīng)合符國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的規(guī)定。
1.3 材料要求
1.3.1 水泥：水泥進(jìn)場(chǎng)必須有產(chǎn)品合格證及化驗(yàn)單，并對(duì)品種、標(biāo)號(hào)、包裝、出石日期進(jìn)
行檢查，不同標(biāo)號(hào)、廠牌、品種、出廠日期的水泥不能混合堆放和混合使用，出廠日期超過
三個(gè)月或受潮水泥須經(jīng)試驗(yàn)確定標(biāo)號(hào)。
1.3.2 砂：應(yīng)采用潔凈、堅(jiān)硬、符合級(jí)配要求，細(xì)度模數(shù)在2.5 能上能下的中、粗砂；條
件限制時(shí)可采用含泥量不于2%的細(xì)砂。
1.3.3 碎（礫）石：質(zhì)地堅(jiān)硬無風(fēng)化，符合級(jí)配要求，最大粒徑不超過40mm，其余指標(biāo)
均應(yīng)符合有關(guān)的規(guī)定。
1.3.4 混凝土攪拌及養(yǎng)護(hù)用水應(yīng)采用清潔飲用水或經(jīng)化驗(yàn)符合要求之水源。
1.3.5 外加劑：應(yīng)按規(guī)定選用，并應(yīng)經(jīng)配合比試驗(yàn)符合要求后方可使用。
1.3.6 砼、板及鋼筋：品種、規(guī)格要符合設(shè)計(jì)要求；鋼筋應(yīng)順直、無裂傷、刻痕，表面油
污及銹蝕應(yīng)清除。
1.4 混凝土的配合比應(yīng)通過計(jì)算及試驗(yàn)室試配確定，其水灰比不大于0.50，單位水泥用量
不小于300kg/m3，塌落度宜為10-25mm。施工中應(yīng)測(cè)定現(xiàn)場(chǎng)骨料的含水率，將A concrete mix and mixing
