1. 本處理地段攪拌樁樁徑Ф600mm(攪拌鉆頭不小于Ф600mm),設計樁長不等,樁底進入土體持力層0.5~1m,單樁承載力不少于120KN;施工時,樁底高程不高于設計標高,樁頂高程不低于設計標高;行車道樁距為1.2×1.2m,按等邊三角形梅花型排列,經(jīng)處理后的復合地基承載力120Kpa;人行道樁距為1.5×1.5 m,按等邊三角形梅花型排列。
2. 制漿采用32.5R普通硅酸鹽水泥,漿液水灰比為0.4~0.5。為增加攪拌樁的早期強度,按水泥用量的0.05%添加三乙醇胺。制備好的漿液不得離析,泵送必須連續(xù)。每加固1m土體摻入水泥量為70kg,單樁水泥用量偏差不大于5%。
3. 攪拌頭上提噴漿時的提升速度為0.5~0.8m/min,噴漿壓力為0.4~0.6MPa。
4. 測放樁位按設計要求進行,在確定孔位時,需經(jīng)復核確認后方可進入下一施工工序,為保證樁位的準確性,樁位必須打入木樁或插入竹片作為樁位標記。
5. 下鉆桿時,先使樁機安置在標定的孔位上,使鉆頭中心對準孔中心,桿位偏差在±5cm以內(nèi),調(diào)整樁機水平度及垂直度,保證孔斜率不大于1.0%,終孔后校正鉆具,樁徑偏差不得大于4%。
6. 下鉆桿攪拌前要通過地面試噴清水,檢查灌漿設備和管路系統(tǒng)、設備的壓力和排量必須滿足設計要求;管路系統(tǒng)的密封圈必須良好,各通道和噴嘴內(nèi)不得有雜物。
7. 根據(jù)施工設計控制攪拌技術參數(shù),注意漿液流量,自上而下攪拌,自下而上噴漿攪拌。當土層較硬時,可適當提高水泥漿水灰比。
8. 施工人員必須認真檢查水泥漿的水灰比和流量,灌漿泵壓力和攪拌桿的提升速度,回轉(zhuǎn)速度等施工參數(shù)是否符合要求,并及時作好施工現(xiàn)場記錄。另在攪拌過程中,應控制鉆桿的進入深度。
9. 單樁開鉆后應連續(xù)施工,嚴格控制起噴和停噴高程,不得間斷。如遇停機或機械故障停噴,應及時記錄中斷高程,待恢復正常后立即復攪,復攪重疊長度不小于1m。如中斷時間超過12小時,應采取補樁措施。
