1、鋼筋的存放
鋼筋必須按照不同的等級(jí)、牌號(hào)、規(guī)格分批堆放，不得混雜，并且設(shè)立識(shí)別標(biāo)志。鋼筋在存放過程中，應(yīng)避免銹蝕和污染，鋼筋露天堆放時(shí)，應(yīng)墊高并加覆蓋。
2、鋼筋籠制作前質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)
（1）鋼筋進(jìn)場后，應(yīng)做拉伸（抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服點(diǎn)、伸長率）和冷彎試驗(yàn)。
（2）鋼筋在加工之前，表面必須潔凈、無油漬、漆污、水泥漿、鐵銹等。
（3）鋼筋應(yīng)平直，無局部彎曲。
（4）加工后的鋼筋，表面不應(yīng)有削弱鋼筋截面的傷痕。
（5）成盤的鋼筋和彎曲的鋼筋必須調(diào)直。用冷拉法矯直鋼筋時(shí)，I級(jí)鋼筋的冷拉率不大于2％，II級(jí)鋼筋的冷拉率不大于1％。
3、鋼筋籠制作要求
（1）鋼筋焊接前，必須首先做鋼筋焊接試驗(yàn)，合格后方可正式施焊，焊工必須持證上崗施工。
（2）設(shè)置鋼筋籠加工制作的工作平臺(tái)，加工場地和制作平臺(tái)必須平整。制作一圓形的加強(qiáng)筋作業(yè)盤，統(tǒng)一制作鋼筋籠的加強(qiáng)箍筋，保證鋼筋籠圓形一致。
（3）鋼筋籠根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)長度分節(jié)制作安裝，根據(jù)鋼筋

3, steel cage production requirements
