交底內(nèi)容：
針對(duì)你隊(duì)在梁板安裝時(shí)在梁板邊緣沒有采取必要的安全防護(hù)措施，項(xiàng)目部特對(duì)其定為危險(xiǎn)源，并要求你隊(duì)在梁板邊緣設(shè)置防護(hù)護(hù)欄，并在橋頭設(shè)置警示標(biāo)語。
一、 防護(hù)護(hù)欄要求
1、 防護(hù)護(hù)欄應(yīng)由一道橫桿組成，橫桿離地高度為1.0~1.2米。
2、 橫桿采用鋼管。
3、 防護(hù)護(hù)欄柱每隔5.0米設(shè)一道。
二、 警示標(biāo)語
警示標(biāo)語要求警示非施工人員禁止上橋
