交底內(nèi)容:
一、土方開挖:
1. 測(cè)量放樣定出中心樁、槽邊線及堆土堆料界線,界線至開挖線的距離應(yīng)根據(jù)開挖深度確定,并不小于5m。
2. 開挖前,先查明段地下管線及其它地下構(gòu)筑物情況,會(huì)同有關(guān)部門做出妥善處理,確保施工安全。并提前打設(shè)井點(diǎn)降水,在地下水位穩(wěn)定在槽底以下1.0m時(shí)才進(jìn)行土方開挖。
3. 采用機(jī)械開挖方式為主,人工開挖方式為輔的挖土方式。開挖應(yīng)分層、分段依次進(jìn)行,形成一定坡度,以利排水。開挖時(shí)不允許破壞溝底原狀土,若不可避免溝底原狀土被破壞時(shí),必須用原土夯實(shí)平整。基底設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高以上0.2~0.3m的原狀土,應(yīng)在鋪管前人工清理至設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高。
4. 采用放坡開挖,基底寬度為管徑加上工作寬度和臨時(shí)排水溝的寬度。放坡的坡度采用1:1,排水溝的截面尺寸為200mm×300mm,沿著臨時(shí)排水溝每隔20m設(shè)置600mm×600mm×800mm的集水井,采用潛水泵把集水井的水抽出溝槽外。開挖時(shí)應(yīng)保護(hù)坡腳,邊坡應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按圖紙施工,不允許欠挖和超挖,邊坡應(yīng)用人工修整。
5. 開挖后的土方如達(dá)到回填質(zhì)量要求并經(jīng)監(jiān)理確認(rèn)后應(yīng)用于填筑材料,不適用于回填的土料棄于業(yè)主、監(jiān)理指定地點(diǎn)。
6. 溝槽開挖時(shí)其斷面尺寸必須準(zhǔn)確,溝底平直,溝內(nèi)無塌方,無積水,無各種油類及雜物,轉(zhuǎn)角符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。
7. 開挖溝槽達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)高時(shí),應(yīng)立即報(bào)監(jiān)理驗(yàn)收并做土工試驗(yàn),檢查合格后應(yīng)盡快進(jìn)行基底墊層施工,以防滲水浸透基底。
8. 基底土質(zhì)與設(shè)計(jì)不符時(shí),應(yīng)報(bào)監(jiān)理、業(yè)主研究討論,由業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、設(shè)計(jì)和施工單位共同商討加固措施。
9. 開挖完成后,應(yīng)及時(shí)做好防護(hù)措施,盡量防止基底土的擾動(dòng),并應(yīng)盡快組織進(jìn)行基底墊層施工。
夜間開挖時(shí),應(yīng)有足夠的照明設(shè)施,并要合理安排開挖順序,防止錯(cuò)挖或超挖。
