交底內(nèi)容:
1. 本工程雨水管材的選用:管徑Ф600mm~Ф1200mm采用玻璃鋼夾砂管(RPM)(覆土≤4.0m)或鋼筋混凝土管(覆土>4.0m);管徑Ф1350mm~Ф1800mm采用鋼筋混凝土管;管徑>Ф1800mm采用相當(dāng)斷面鋼筋混凝土箱涵。
2. 管道基礎(chǔ):
(1). 玻璃鋼夾砂管(RPM)的基礎(chǔ)做法:當(dāng)土壤承載力為80~100Kpa和非巖石時,采用原狀土作為基礎(chǔ);當(dāng)土壤承載力為50~70Kpa時,采用經(jīng)夯實后的原狀土作為基礎(chǔ),夯實密度應(yīng)達(dá)到95%;當(dāng)溝底遇到巖石、卵石、硬質(zhì)土、軟的膨脹土、不規(guī)則碎石塊及浸泡土質(zhì)而不宜作溝底基礎(chǔ)時,應(yīng)挖除后做人工基礎(chǔ),基礎(chǔ)厚度應(yīng)為0.3~0.5倍管徑,且不得小于150mm。
(2). 鋼筋混凝土管基礎(chǔ)做法:>Ф1200mm~Ф1800mm鋼筋混凝土管基座做法按國家建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計《給排水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集》(2002)S2(下)95S516執(zhí)行。
3. 管道接口:>Ф1200mm~Ф1800mmRPM管采用雙‘O’型橡膠接口;管徑Ф1200mm~Ф1800mm鋼筋混凝土管采用企口式,接口采用‘q’形橡膠圈。
4. 管道基礎(chǔ)施工前應(yīng)修整槽底,復(fù)核標(biāo)高,清除淤泥與碎石,若出現(xiàn)超挖,則采用砂礫回填,并人工夯壓密實,不得使用土回填。
5. 管道基礎(chǔ)墊層(300mm厚砂夾石和150mm厚中粗砂)施工,應(yīng)做到夯實緊密、表面平整。管道基礎(chǔ)在接口部位,應(yīng)挖預(yù)留凹槽,以便于接口操作。凹槽在接口完成后,隨即用砂填實。
6. 在管道下管前應(yīng)檢查和修整溝(槽)底標(biāo)高和管道基礎(chǔ)的質(zhì)量,經(jīng)監(jiān)理驗收符合施工規(guī)范及設(shè)計要求后,才允許下管。每根管子及每個配件在入溝之前應(yīng)除去內(nèi)部雜物,檢查有無裂縫、碰傷、剝落及其他缺陷,不符合質(zhì)量要求的,不得使用。
根據(jù)各種管徑、重量采用人工或機械下管。下管要有專人負(fù)責(zé)指揮,切實注意安全。下管時始終保持管身平衡均勻溜放至溝槽內(nèi),嚴(yán)禁將管材由溝槽邊翻滾入槽內(nèi)。對于鋼筋混凝土管,一定要根據(jù)管子的重量和直徑選擇合適的柔性懸?guī)Щ蚶K帶,確認(rèn)起吊機械性能良

1. This project used water pipe: diameter Ф600mm ~ Ф1200mm with Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Pipe (RPM) (casing ≤ 4.0m) or reinforced concrete pipe (casing> 4.0m); diameter Ф1350mm ~ Ф1800mm reinforced concrete pipe; tube Path> Ф1800mm with considerable cross section of reinforced concrete box culvert.
2. Pipe Foundation:
(1). Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Pipe (RPM) based approach: when the soil bearing capacity is 80 ~ 100Kpa and non-rock, the use of undisturbed soil as a base; when the soil bearing capacity is 50 ~ 70Kpa, the use of the original compacted soil as a foundation, compaction to 95%; when the bottom was encountered rock, gravel, hard soil, soft soil, irregular stone blocks and soak the soil and are unsuitable for ditch foundation, excavation should be done after artificial basis, based on thickness of 0.3 to 0.5 times the diameter, and shall not be less than 150mm.
(2). Reinforced concrete foundation approach:> Ф1200mm ~ Ф1800mm practice of reinforced concrete base according to the National Building Standard Design, "Water and Wastewater Standard Atlas" (2002) S2 (under) 95S516 implementation.
3. Pipeline Interface:> Ф1200mm ~ Ф1800mmRPM tube with double 'O' rubber interface; diameter reinforced concrete pipe Ф1200mm ~ Ф1800mm mouth with enterprise, interface with 'q' shaped rubber ring.
4. Pipeline construction before finishing bottom of the tank foundation, review level, clear the mud and gravel, if there overbreak, then backfill with gravel and compacting compaction manually, not use soil backfill.
5. Pipeline based bedding (300mm thick 150mm thick sand with stone and coarse sand) construction, should be tightly compacted, smooth surface. Pipeline based on the interface area, should be reserved dug grooves in order to interface operation. Grooves in the interface is complete, then filled with real sand.
6. In the pipeline before the next inspection and repair of pipe trench (groove) bottom elevation and channel-based quality inspection by the Commissioner consistent with the construction specifications and design requirements, are allowed under control. Each pipe and each fitting into the ditch before the removal of internal debris, check for cracks, bumps, spalling and other defects, does not meet the quality requirements, shall not be used.
