交底內(nèi)容:
1、在用攪拌樁進(jìn)行復(fù)合地基處理的區(qū)域,回填前應(yīng)挖除攪拌樁樁頂浮土,回填30cm厚砂礫材料,并碾壓密實(shí)。
2、填方材料使用現(xiàn)場內(nèi)開挖的材料,并保證其在規(guī)定的含水量狀態(tài)下能被壓實(shí)到設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定的密實(shí)度。
3、填筑前要對路基、臺背等進(jìn)行基底清理,保證施工場地能按設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行平整壓實(shí)。
4、填土路基必須根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)斷面分層填筑壓實(shí),其分層填筑厚度必須與壓實(shí)機(jī)具相適應(yīng),一般每層松土填土厚度不應(yīng)超過30cm。路基填筑壓實(shí)寬度不得小于設(shè)計(jì)寬度,以便最后削坡,嚴(yán)禁貼坡。
5、每一壓實(shí)層均應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)壓實(shí)度,合格后方可填筑上一層。否則應(yīng)查明原因,采取措施進(jìn)行補(bǔ)壓。檢驗(yàn)頻率每2000m²檢驗(yàn)8點(diǎn),不足2000m²時(shí),至少應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)兩點(diǎn),必須每點(diǎn)都符合施工規(guī)范(JTJ071--98)及設(shè)計(jì)要求。必要時(shí)可根據(jù)需要增加檢驗(yàn)點(diǎn)。試驗(yàn)報(bào)告要注明土料種類、試驗(yàn)日期、試驗(yàn)結(jié)論及試驗(yàn)人員簽字。未達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求的部位應(yīng)有處理方法和復(fù)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
6、路基修筑前15天應(yīng)在取土地點(diǎn)取樣進(jìn)行擊實(shí)試驗(yàn),確定其最佳含水量和最大干密度。碾壓前應(yīng)先測定土的實(shí)際含水量是否符合或接近最佳含水量。如果回填土太干燥,應(yīng)在碾壓前對干土適當(dāng)灑水加以潤濕;如回填土太濕,壓不密實(shí)呈“橡皮土”現(xiàn)象,這時(shí)應(yīng)將“橡皮土”挖出,重新?lián)Q土再碾壓。
7、回填作業(yè)時(shí),先填低洼路段,后填一般路段;先填路中,再逐漸填到路邊。按水平分層逐層填筑,分層碾壓,每層壓實(shí)度要達(dá)到90%以上。不得順坡鋪填,最大層厚不超過20cm,土塊粒徑≤10cm。
8、碾壓機(jī)行走方向應(yīng)平行路基中線,相鄰作業(yè)面的搭接碾壓寬度,平行路中線方向不應(yīng)小于50cm,機(jī)械碾壓不到的部位,應(yīng)輔以夯實(shí),夯實(shí)時(shí)應(yīng)采用連環(huán)套打法,夯跡雙向套壓,夯跡搭壓寬度不小于1/3夯位。
9、碾壓時(shí),應(yīng)遵循先輕后重、先穩(wěn)后振、先慢后快、先邊后中、先高后低以及輪跡要疊的原則。
