沖樁班技術(shù)交底內(nèi)容:
1.樁架上的機(jī)長(zhǎng)和成員應(yīng)持證上崗。
2.樁架人員每天交班都要交底,將上一個(gè)臺(tái)班沖孔記錄交代清楚。
3.在成孔過程中,如發(fā)現(xiàn)偏孔應(yīng)及時(shí)采取糾偏措施。當(dāng)進(jìn)巖時(shí),應(yīng)做好取樣、分類、記錄等工作。
4.鋼筋籠入槽前,必須對(duì)槽底泥漿和沉淀物進(jìn)行置換和清除。置換量不小于該槽段總體積的1/3置換和清除必須采用底部抽吸,頂部補(bǔ)漿方法。使底部泥漿比不大于1.3。沉淀淤積物(沉渣)厚度不得超過規(guī)范要求。
5.鋼筋籠的構(gòu)造應(yīng)有利于入槽后的準(zhǔn)確就位和固定。吊運(yùn)過程中、不應(yīng)產(chǎn)生不可恢復(fù)的變形,不得強(qiáng)行入槽。鋼筋籠應(yīng)在泥漿置換合格后及時(shí)入槽后至澆筑砼時(shí)的總停置時(shí)間不宜超過6小時(shí)。澆筑砼時(shí)應(yīng)防止鋼筋籠上浮。
6.砼應(yīng)采用導(dǎo)管法澆筑,導(dǎo)管按需要長(zhǎng)度拼接。導(dǎo)管距槽段端部不宜大于2m;砼的澆筑速度不宜小于每小時(shí)上升3~4m,導(dǎo)管插入砼內(nèi)的深度宜為2~4m,鑿去浮漿層后的墻頂標(biāo)高應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。
7.槽段接縫處已澆筑的砼表面,必須用專門工具在鋼筋籠入槽前進(jìn)行清刷,分段縫施工時(shí)不得破壞已澆筑的相鄰段的砼。
