⒈施工準(zhǔn)備
⑴ 施工測量
在開工前先進(jìn)行施工測量，包括導(dǎo)線、中線及高程的復(fù)測，水準(zhǔn)點(diǎn)的復(fù)查與增設(shè)，測量與繪制橫斷面。施工測量的精度符合《公路勘測規(guī)程》（JTJ061-99）的要求。并將測量方法及成果資料簽字后交送監(jiān)理工程師。經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師批準(zhǔn)后方可施工。
在開工之前在現(xiàn)場放出路基坡腳、路塹塹頂、截水溝、邊溝、護(hù)坡道、取土坑、棄土場等的具體位置，標(biāo)明其輪廓，提請監(jiān)理工程師檢查批準(zhǔn)。
⑵ 調(diào)查與試驗(yàn)
路基施工前對施工范圍內(nèi)的地質(zhì)、水文、障礙物、及各種管線等情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)調(diào)查。
對圖紙所示的利用挖方、借土場的路堤填料取有代表性的土樣進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)方法按《公路土工試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》（JTJ051-93）執(zhí)行，試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目按 “技術(shù)規(guī)范”要求進(jìn)行。
⑶ 防水、排水
施工前做好路基的各種防、排水設(shè)施，挖設(shè)排水溝，并保持其處于良好的排水狀態(tài)。
