沖樁班技術(shù)交底內(nèi)容:
    1.樁架上的機長和成員應(yīng)持證上崗。
    2.樁架人員每天交班都要交底，將上一個臺班沖孔記錄交代清楚。
    3.在成孔過程中，如發(fā)現(xiàn)偏孔應(yīng)及時采取糾偏措施。當(dāng)進巖時，應(yīng)做好取樣、分類、記錄等工作。
    4.鋼筋籠入槽前，必須對槽底泥漿和沉淀物進行置換和清除。置換量不小于該槽段總體積的1/3置換和清除必須采用底部抽吸，頂部補漿方法。使底部泥漿比不大于1.3。沉淀淤積物(沉渣）厚度不得超過規(guī)范要求。
    5.鋼筋籠的構(gòu)造應(yīng)有利于入槽后的準(zhǔn)確就位和固定。吊運過程中、不應(yīng)產(chǎn)生不可恢復(fù)的變形，不得強行入槽。鋼筋籠應(yīng)在泥漿置換合格后及時入槽后至澆筑砼時的總停置時間不宜超過6小時。澆筑砼時應(yīng)防止鋼筋籠上浮。
    6.砼應(yīng)采用導(dǎo)管法澆筑，導(dǎo)管按需要長度拼接。導(dǎo)管距槽段端部不宜大于2m；砼的澆筑速度不宜小于每小時上升3~4m，導(dǎo)管插入砼
