墩柱施工技術交底
一、材料
采用商品砼。鋼筋采用ⅠⅡ級鋼筋，要有出廠合格證和出廠檢驗報告。并應按規(guī)定取樣檢驗。
二、操作工藝
1、測量放樣，修鑿接頭砼，搭設腳手架。
2、鋼筋制作：制作在鋼筋棚加工好，運到現(xiàn)場安裝。主筋綁好后，再按設計要求將箍筋點焊于主筋四周。主筋采用“套筒冷擠壓連接技術”，應符合《帶肋鋼筋套筒擠壓連接技術規(guī)程》（JCJ108）的規(guī)定。鋼筋骨架要保證垂直度，并在骨架外側掛水泥砂漿保護層墊塊。
3、模板安裝
墩柱模板采用定型鋼模板，由兩個半圓形鋼模用ф20螺栓連接拼裝而成，每節(jié)長1.5m ，要求設調(diào)節(jié)段，長0.5m。模板應先試拼檢查，調(diào)整其拼縫。模板要涂脫模劑，安裝要保證不漏漿，從頂端向四個方向引出四條風纜繩，以便調(diào)整偏位，垂直度和固定模板。
4、砼澆筑
C30商品砼通過輸送泵經(jīng)導管借助串筒運送
