一、施工準(zhǔn)備
1、明挖管道鋪設(shè)接口強(qiáng)度達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度80%;
2、選定好砂、石子、水泥、磚、鋼筋等原材料,送樣到試驗(yàn)室作原材料試驗(yàn),依據(jù)圖
紙要求進(jìn)行試配,現(xiàn)場按照試驗(yàn)室提供的配合比根據(jù)現(xiàn)場砂石含水量確定施工配合比。
二、施工方法
(一)、檢查井砌筑
1、井底基礎(chǔ)與管道基礎(chǔ)同時(shí)澆筑。
2、流槽一定與檢查井壁同時(shí)砌筑。表面用砂漿分層壓實(shí)抹光,流槽與上下游管道接順,
管內(nèi)底高程符合混凝土管道基礎(chǔ)及安裝的允許偏差。
3、砌筑井室,用水沖凈基礎(chǔ)后,先鋪一層砂漿,再壓磚砌筑,做到滿鋪滿擠,磚與磚
間灰縫保持1cm。
4、與檢查井連接的所有管道端頭,要經(jīng)過鑿毛處理并要清理干凈,保證管道與檢查井
井壁結(jié)合牢固。
5、砂漿拌和均勻,保證砌筑磚含水量為10~15%,砌體不得有豎向通縫,必須為上、
下錯(cuò)縫,內(nèi)外搭接。如井身不能一次砌完,在二次接高時(shí),將原磚面上的泥土雜物清理干凈,
然后用水清洗磚面并浸透。
6、磚砌圓形檢查井時(shí),隨時(shí)檢測直徑尺寸,當(dāng)需要收口時(shí),如為四面收進(jìn),則每次收
進(jìn)不大于30mm;如為三面收進(jìn),則每次收進(jìn)不大于50mm。砌筑檢查井的內(nèi)壁應(yīng)用原漿勾
縫,有抹面要求時(shí),內(nèi)壁抹面應(yīng)分層壓實(shí),外壁用砂漿搓縫并嚴(yán)實(shí)。
7、檢查井接入圓管的管口應(yīng)與井內(nèi)壁平齊,當(dāng)接入管徑大于300mm 時(shí),砌磚圈加固。
