交底內(nèi)容：
本工程的道路面層為瀝青砼面層，共分為三層：從下至上分別為：1、乳化瀝青透層，2、粗粒式瀝青砼厚7cm，3、中粒式瀝青砼下面層厚5cm，4、細粒式瀝青砼上面層厚4cm。采用商品瀝青砼，委托專業(yè)瀝青施工隊進行施工。施工工藝要求如下：
一、、混合料的拌和
（1）粗、細集料應(yīng)分類堆放和供料，取自不同料源的集料應(yīng)分開堆放，應(yīng)對每個料源的材料進行抽樣試驗，并應(yīng)經(jīng)工程師批準。
（2）按目標配合比設(shè)計，生產(chǎn)配合比設(shè)計，生產(chǎn)配合驗證三個階段進行試拌、試鋪后，進行大批生產(chǎn)。
（3）每種規(guī)格的集料、礦料和瀝青都必須分別按要求的比例進行配料。
（4）瀝青材料采用導(dǎo)熱油加熱，加熱溫度在160-170℃范圍內(nèi)，礦料加熱溫度為170-180℃，瀝青與礦料的加熱溫度應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)到能使拌和的瀝青混凝土出廠溫度在150-160℃，不準有花白料、超溫料，混合料超過200℃者應(yīng)廢棄，并應(yīng)保證運到施工現(xiàn)場的溫度不低于140-150℃。瀝青混合料的施工溫度見下表所示。
