交底內(nèi)容：
本工程的路基填筑在軟基處理完成后先攤鋪30cm厚碎石墊層，再鋪一層40型雙向土工格柵，接著鋪筑20cm厚中粗砂墊層，然后進行吹填砂路基的施工，最后采用粘土進行包邊和封頂。具體要求如下：
一、碎石墊層施工
軟基處理工程完成經(jīng)檢測合格后，在其上鋪30cm厚級配碎石墊層。
1. 準備工作：
（1） 鋪筑前，將路床所有浮土、雜物清除干凈，并嚴格整型和壓實使其符合設(shè)計圖紙要求。
（2） 路床表面上的車轍或松軟部分和壓實不足的地方以及任何不符合規(guī)定要求的表面都應翻松、清除或摻填同類材料重新進行整修碾壓。
（3） 施工前對路床進行復驗，同時保證臨時排水設(shè)施的完好。
（4） 恢復中線測量：直線段每20～25m設(shè)一樁，平曲線每10～15m設(shè)一樁。
2. 攤鋪：
（1） 分層平行攤鋪，每層鋪設(shè)的寬度，應超出路堤的設(shè)計寬度30cm，以保證修整路基邊坡后的路堤邊緣有足夠的壓實度。
（2） 采用重型振動壓路機碾壓時，一層壓實厚度不宜超過30cm。根據(jù)所配置的壓路機械，壓實總厚度超過一層壓實厚度時應分層攤鋪，但每層壓實厚度不得小于10cm。
（3） 攤鋪必須用經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師批準的機械進行作業(yè)，將集料按松鋪厚度均勻地攤鋪在規(guī)定的寬度上。
3. 拌和及整型：
（1） 級配碎石的最大粒徑不應超過31.5mm（方孔篩），壓碎值不應大于26%。碎石中不應含有粘土塊、植物等有害物質(zhì)，針片狀顆�？偤�量不應超過20%。
（2） 拌和結(jié)束后，其含水量應稍高于最佳含水量，以彌補碾壓過程中的水分消耗。

3. Mixing and integer:

(2) After mixing, the water content should be slightly higher than the optimum water content, to make up for the water consumption of rolling process.
