一、準(zhǔn)備工作
1、回填前預(yù)制管節(jié)現(xiàn)場鋪設(shè)管的現(xiàn)澆混凝土基礎(chǔ)強(qiáng)度、接口抹帶或預(yù)制構(gòu)件現(xiàn)場裝
配的接縫水泥砂漿強(qiáng)度不小于5N/mm2�，F(xiàn)場澆筑混凝土的強(qiáng)度達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定。
2、回填前將槽底雜物（磚石、木塊草包、模板及支撐設(shè)備等）清理干凈,保證溝槽內(nèi)
沒有積水。
3、經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師驗(yàn)管合格后進(jìn)行。
二、回填材料
回填材料采用經(jīng)試驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)合格的灰土、砂、砂礫。要求砂石級配良好，不含植物殘?bào)w、
垃圾等雜物。礫石粒徑約在0.5mm～30mm 之間，灰土配比按監(jiān)理指示執(zhí)行。
三、回填方法
1、回填順序：還土?xí)r按基底排水方向由高至低分層進(jìn)行，同時管腔兩側(cè)應(yīng)同時進(jìn)行。
2、填土要求：槽底至管頂以上0.5m 范圍內(nèi)及在抹帶接口處、防腐絕緣層或電纜周圍，
采用砂礫石回填；保證回填土的含水量，按土類和采用的壓實(shí)工具控制在最佳含水量附近；
需要拌和的回填材料，應(yīng)在運(yùn)入槽內(nèi)前拌和均勻，不得在槽內(nèi)拌和。
3、填土方法：管道兩側(cè)溝槽底至管頂以上50cm 的范圍內(nèi)還土，由溝槽兩側(cè)對稱進(jìn)
行采用人工還土，不得直接扔在管道上；超過管頂50cm 以上時再采用機(jī)械還土。還土?xí)r
采用分層鋪設(shè)夯實(shí)，層厚25cm，采用人工攤平。
4、夯實(shí)方法：管道兩側(cè)溝槽底至管頂以上50cm 的范圍內(nèi)采用人工夯實(shí)，超過管頂
50cm 以上采用蛙式打夯機(jī)夯實(shí)，砂、砂礫回填分層灌水、用插入式振動器振動，以達(dá)到設(shè)
計(jì)的壓實(shí)度要求。回填壓實(shí)逐層進(jìn)行，且不得損傷管道。管道兩側(cè)和管頂以上50cm 范圍
內(nèi)的壓實(shí)，采用薄鋪輕夯夯實(shí)，管道兩First, preparatory work
