沉入樁基礎(chǔ)
鋼筋混凝土樁采用錘擊沉樁時，施工場地應(yīng)保護平整清潔，打樁機的移動軌道，鋪設(shè)要平順、軌距要準(zhǔn)確、鋼軌要釘牢，軌道端部應(yīng)設(shè)止輪器。打樁架移動時，應(yīng)在現(xiàn)場施工負責(zé)人指揮下進行。樁架移動應(yīng)平穩(wěn)，樁錘必須放在最低位置，柴油打樁機后部的配重鐵必須齊全。采用滾杠滑移打樁架作業(yè)時，作業(yè)人中不得在打樁架內(nèi)操作。水上打樁平臺，必須搭設(shè)牢固，打樁機底座與平臺應(yīng)連接牢靠。浮式沉樁設(shè)備沉樁時，樁架與船體必須連接緊固。船體定位后，應(yīng)以錨纜封固，并防止施工中浮船晃動。起吊沉樁或樁錘時，嚴(yán)禁作業(yè)人員在吊鉤下或在樁架龍門口處停留或作業(yè)。打樁架及起重工具，應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查維修，樁錘檢查維修，必須將樁錘放落在地面或平臺上，嚴(yán)禁在懸掛狀態(tài)下維修樁錘。采用高壓水泵等助沉措施，其高壓水泵的壓力表、安全閥、水泵、輸水管道及水壓等應(yīng)符合安全要求。高壓射水輔助沉樁，應(yīng)根據(jù)地質(zhì)情況采用相應(yīng)的壓力，并要防止因急劇下沉造成樁架傾倒。射水沉樁，應(yīng)在樁身入土達到穩(wěn)定時再射水。震動打樁機開動后，作業(yè)人員應(yīng)暫離心基樁。震打中如發(fā)現(xiàn)樁回跳動、打樁機有異聲及其它不正常的情況時，應(yīng)立即停震，并經(jīng)檢查處理后再繼續(xù)作業(yè)。所有開、停震必須聽從指揮。震動打樁機在停止作業(yè)后，應(yīng)立即切斷動力源。
墩臺工程  就地澆筑墩臺施工
 施工前必須搭好腳手架及作業(yè)平臺，并在平臺外側(cè)設(shè)欄桿。墩高在10m以上時，應(yīng)加設(shè)安全網(wǎng)。吊斗 升降應(yīng)設(shè)專人指揮。落斗前，下部的作業(yè)人員必須躲開，不得身倚欄桿推動吊斗。嚴(yán)禁吊
