交底內(nèi)容：
一、碎石墊層施工
粉噴樁施工完成28天，并經(jīng)檢測合格后，在其上鋪30cm厚級配碎石墊層，碎石最大粒徑不宜大于3cm。
二、砂墊層施工
1、碎石墊層施工完畢后，在上面鋪一層40型雙向土工格柵，土工格柵雙向抗拉強(qiáng)度不小于40KN/m，斷裂延伸率小于10%，其連接采用鉛絲綁扎，搭接寬度不小于0.1m。在其上鋪20cm中粗砂墊層。
2、材料應(yīng)具有良好的透水性，不含有機(jī)質(zhì)、粘土塊、和其它有害物質(zhì)的中粗砂，其中粒徑小于0.074mm顆粒含量應(yīng)不大于3%,有機(jī)物含量不大于1%，做好各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)的材料試驗(yàn)。
3、必須按照施工圖紙的厚度0.2m鋪筑輾壓，砂墊層伸出路堤坡腳外1m。
4、砂墊層應(yīng)按圖紙要求做成橫坡，以便橫向排水、滲透，斷面尺寸不能小于設(shè)計(jì)值，按每200m檢查4處的方法進(jìn)行檢查。
三、填砂施工
1、砂墊層處理完后經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師簽證同意進(jìn)行下道工序即填砂施工時，應(yīng)立即組織人員機(jī)械進(jìn)行施工。
2、應(yīng)采用分層填筑，分層填筑的厚度一般不大于30cm。
3、填砂過程中預(yù)埋好沉降觀測設(shè)施，觀測沉降量、速率、水平位移，做好原始記錄，確定每一層的合理填土高度和填筑速率。
4、 地面橫坡不陡于1：5時，可及時進(jìn)行下道工序施工。
5、填筑路的過程中，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格控制填料的壓實(shí)度。應(yīng)滿足：機(jī)動車道路槽底0~80cm范圍內(nèi)不小于93%，路槽底80cm以下不小于90%。
