墩柱施工技術(shù)交底
一、材料
采用商品砼。鋼筋采用ⅠⅡ級鋼筋，要有出廠合格證和出廠檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告。并應(yīng)按規(guī)定取樣檢驗(yàn)。
二、操作工藝
1、測量放樣，修鑿接頭砼，搭設(shè)腳手架。
2、鋼筋制作：制作在鋼筋棚加工好，運(yùn)到現(xiàn)場安裝。主筋綁好后，再按設(shè)計(jì)要求將箍筋點(diǎn)焊于主筋四周。主筋采用“套筒冷擠壓連接技術(shù)”，應(yīng)符合《帶肋鋼筋套筒擠壓連接技術(shù)規(guī)程》（JCJ108）的規(guī)定。鋼筋骨架要保證垂直度，并在骨架外側(cè)掛水泥砂漿保護(hù)層墊塊。
3、模板安裝
墩柱模板采用定型鋼模板，由兩個(gè)半圓形鋼模用ф20螺栓連接拼裝而成，每節(jié)長1.5m ，要求設(shè)調(diào)節(jié)段，長0.5m。模板應(yīng)先試拼檢查，調(diào)整其拼縫。模板要涂脫模劑，安裝要保證不漏漿，從頂端向四個(gè)方向引出四條風(fēng)纜繩，以便調(diào)整偏位，垂直度和固定模板。
4、砼澆筑
C30商品砼通過輸送泵經(jīng)導(dǎo)管借助串筒運(yùn)送砼入模，按每層澆筑厚度30cm ，分層澆筑分層振搗密實(shí)，砼坍落度控制在120mm ～140mm 內(nèi)，插入式振搗器振搗密實(shí)。拆模后及時(shí)淋水養(yǎng)護(hù)不少于設(shè)計(jì)或規(guī)范要求。
商品砼運(yùn)輸。當(dāng)砼拌和物運(yùn)距較近時(shí)，可采用
