沖樁班防止偏孔質(zhì)量技術(shù)交底內(nèi)容:
    根據(jù)造成偏孔的原因，在施工過程中采取以下防止措施：
    1、根據(jù)甲方所提供的地質(zhì)資料和相鄰的槽孔的地質(zhì)情況，及時(shí)予知進(jìn)入巖層的深度、夾層情況以及巖面的坡度，以便采取相應(yīng)的措施；
    2、保證樁架擺放準(zhǔn)確，使錘心正對槽段中心線；加固樁架，減少沖錘過程中樁架的晃動；
    3、沖錘的直徑控制在80-82CM之內(nèi)，經(jīng)常檢查錘牙的磨損程度，及時(shí)修補(bǔ)或更換；
    4、沖孔過程中，提錘的高度控制2.5M之內(nèi)，沖錘撞擊巖面時(shí)，保證鋼絲繩仍受拉力，以保持沖錘的豎直；
    5、及時(shí)換漿，保持一定的泥漿濃度，防止粘錘；
    6、沖孔至巖土分解面時(shí)，低錘密擊，直至進(jìn)入巖層內(nèi)部；
     7、加強(qiáng)觀察，發(fā)現(xiàn)偏孔及時(shí)采取措施予以糾正。
