吹砂填筑路堤技術(shù)交底
一. 一般要求 (一)   材料：
1、中、粗砂為宜，含砂量（即小于74μm的顆粒粒徑）不宜大于10%。     2、片石：采用較大的塊石，一般粒徑不小于0.3m，石料抗壓強(qiáng)度大于20Mpa,未風(fēng)化。 (二)  操作工藝：     1、首先清除場(chǎng)地內(nèi)地表草皮，腐植土以及植物根系，然后對(duì)天然地基進(jìn)行碾壓；要求地面以下1m范圍內(nèi)土基壓實(shí)度（重型）不小于85%。     2、用挖掘機(jī)在路堤坡腳位置挖出臨時(shí)排水溝（施工期間用土質(zhì)邊溝，待路基預(yù)壓期結(jié)束，沉降及側(cè)向位移穩(wěn)定后，再漿砌片石）。     3、對(duì)于攪拌樁路段，完成樁體后鋪碎石墊層，再吹填路基。     4、利用編制砂袋在護(hù)道位置修筑擋水堤，其高度應(yīng)按吹砂高度而定，最少應(yīng)高出吹堤高度30～50cm。擋水堤頂部寬度應(yīng)不小于1m，擋水堤要求堅(jiān)實(shí)，不留空洞，要將填砂范圍與路基兩側(cè)農(nóng)田徹底隔離。 　　5、開始吹填工作。每個(gè)吹填區(qū)設(shè)置長(zhǎng)40m的泄水口，設(shè)于圍堰中部，以排出泥水，必要時(shí)可配備抽水機(jī)排水。     6、當(dāng)路堤高度小于2m時(shí)，可作一次吹填，當(dāng)路堤高度大于2m時(shí)，應(yīng)分層吹填，分層吹填的厚度一般為1-2米。     7、吹填標(biāo)高控制，測(cè)量標(biāo)樁擬30m×30m設(shè)
