交底內(nèi)容：
1、邊溝臺帽養(yǎng)護期結(jié)束，砼強度達到設(shè)計強度的70%后，即可進行蓋板的安裝。
2、蓋板采用場外預(yù)制，運輸車運至現(xiàn)場吊裝就位。
3、蓋板吊裝前，應(yīng)將臺帽頂清理干凈，并提前放線確定每塊板的位置，人孔井的位置尤其應(yīng)標(biāo)注準(zhǔn)確。蓋板吊裝前，應(yīng)于臺帽上鋪二氈三油支座，厚度2cm。
4、吊裝采用25t汽車吊進行，應(yīng)將臺帽上預(yù)留的錨栓筋套入蓋板錨栓孔內(nèi)，注意不得將錨栓碰彎，相鄰兩塊板應(yīng)對接共用一根錨栓。
5、檢查井蓋板吊裝時，應(yīng)將井孔放于溝北側(cè)，兩塊蓋板組成一個檢查井孔。
6、蓋板安裝安全注意事項：
（1）、蓋板安裝前，應(yīng)檢查蓋板的吊環(huán)是否牢固，有無斷裂現(xiàn)象。
（2）、蓋板吊裝前，鋼絲繩應(yīng)連接牢固。
（3）、蓋板吊起后，人員嚴(yán)禁站在蓋板及吊車吊臂下，以防發(fā)生意外。
7、蓋板安裝允許偏差：
      順橋縱軸線方向      10mm
      垂直橋縱軸線方向    5mm
