交底內(nèi)容:
本工程管涵位于K0+288里程處,為鋼筋混凝土管。
一、管材:
1. 本工程采用的鋼筋混凝土管必須保證可以承受6.0m覆土壓力,為平口管。
2. 鋼筋混凝土管必須在內(nèi)部熱涂瀝青一道后再安裝連接。
二、管涵基礎(chǔ):
1. 本工程管涵基礎(chǔ)采用鋼筋混凝土管1800混凝土基礎(chǔ),具體圖紙見國家建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計給水排水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集(95S516,第6頁)。
2. 開挖的溝槽人工整平后,標(biāo)高復(fù)測無誤即鋪設(shè)砂碎石墊層,整平夯實后再次復(fù)測標(biāo)高,無誤再支模澆注管涵基礎(chǔ)。
混凝土強(qiáng)度等級為≥C10,第一次澆注(管座平基)的高度為300mm,應(yīng)振搗密
