交底內(nèi)容：
本工程的路基填筑在軟基處理完成后先攤鋪30cm厚碎石墊層，再鋪一層40型雙向土工格柵，接著鋪筑20cm厚中粗砂墊層，然后進(jìn)行吹填砂路基的施工，最后采用粘土進(jìn)行包邊和封頂。具體要求如下：
一、碎石墊層施工
軟基處理工程完成經(jīng)檢測(cè)合格后，在其上鋪30cm厚級(jí)配碎石墊層。
1. 準(zhǔn)備工作：
（1） 鋪筑前，將路床所有浮土、雜物清除干凈，并嚴(yán)格整型和壓實(shí)使其符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求。
（2） 路床表面上的車轍或松軟部分和壓實(shí)不足的地方以及任何不符合規(guī)定要求的表面都應(yīng)翻松、清除或摻填同類材料重新進(jìn)行整修碾壓。
（3） 施工前對(duì)路床進(jìn)行復(fù)驗(yàn)，同時(shí)保證臨時(shí)排水設(shè)施的完好。
（4） 恢復(fù)中線測(cè)量：直線段每20～25m設(shè)一樁，平曲線每10～15m設(shè)一樁。
2. 攤鋪：
（1） 分層平行攤鋪，每層鋪設(shè)的寬度，應(yīng)超出路堤的設(shè)計(jì)寬度30cm，以保證修整路基邊坡后的路堤邊緣有足夠的壓實(shí)度。
（2） 采用重型振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)碾壓時(shí)，一層壓實(shí)厚度不宜超過30cm。根據(jù)所配置的壓路機(jī)械，壓實(shí)總厚度超過一層壓實(shí)厚度時(shí)應(yīng)分層攤鋪，但每層壓實(shí)厚度不得小于10cm。
（3） 攤鋪必須用經(jīng)監(jiān)理工程師批準(zhǔn)的機(jī)械進(jìn)行作業(yè)，將集料按松鋪厚度均勻地?cái)備佋谝?guī)定的寬度上。
3. 拌和及整型：
（1） 級(jí)配碎石的最大粒徑不應(yīng)超過31.5mm（方孔篩），壓碎值不應(yīng)大于26%。碎石中不應(yīng)含有粘土塊、植物等有害物質(zhì)，針片狀顆�？偤�量不應(yīng)超過20%。
