交底內(nèi)容：
1.  本處理地段攪拌樁樁徑Ф500mm（攪拌鉆頭不小于Ф500mm）。采用42.5級(jí)普通硅酸鹽水泥。每加固1m土體摻入水泥量為55kg，單位樁長(zhǎng)水泥用量的負(fù)值偏差應(yīng)控制在8%以?xún)?nèi)，單樁水泥用量負(fù)值偏差應(yīng)控制在5%以?xún)?nèi)。
2.  采用兩噴四攪法施工，自上而下攪拌，自下而上噴漿攪拌，水灰比為0.5。攪拌頭上提噴漿時(shí)的提升速度為0.5~1m/min。漿噴樁應(yīng)穿過(guò)軟土層,并進(jìn)入砂層或粘土層0.5米以上,當(dāng)軟土層超過(guò)18米,樁長(zhǎng)按18米控制。
3.  測(cè)放樁位按設(shè)計(jì)要求進(jìn)行，在確定孔位時(shí)，需經(jīng)復(fù)核確認(rèn)后方可進(jìn)入下一施工工序，為保證樁位的準(zhǔn)確性，樁位必須打入木樁或插入竹片作為樁位標(biāo)記。
下鉆桿時(shí)，先使樁機(jī)安置在標(biāo)定的孔位上，使鉆頭中心對(duì)準(zhǔn)孔中心，桿位偏差在±5cm以?xún)?nèi)，調(diào)整樁機(jī)水平度及垂直度，保證孔斜率不大于1.5%，終孔后校正鉆具，樁徑偏差不得大于4
