交底內(nèi)容：
1.  本處理地段粉噴樁樁徑Ф500mm（攪拌鉆頭不小于Ф500mm），采用42.5級普通硅酸鹽水泥。每加固1m土體摻入水泥量為55kg，單位樁長水泥用量的負(fù)值偏差應(yīng)控制在8%以內(nèi)，單樁水泥用量負(fù)值偏差應(yīng)控制在5%以內(nèi)。
2.  采用兩噴四攪法施工，自上而下攪拌，自下而上噴粉攪拌，攪拌頭上提噴分時的提升速度為0.5~1m/min。為保證粉體攪拌均勻，須進(jìn)行全樁長復(fù)攪，復(fù)攪速度也應(yīng)控制在0.5~1m/min，為保證樁底噴灰量據(jù)管道的送灰時間，提升鉆具前提前噴灰，不充許先提升鉆具后噴灰，�；颐鏋槭┕さ孛嫦�0.5m處，復(fù)攪時管道壓力不宜過大，以不堵塞出氣孔為原則，防止鉆孔淤泥向四周擠壓形成空洞。
3.  測放樁位按設(shè)計要求進(jìn)行，在確定孔位時，需經(jīng)復(fù)核確認(rèn)后方可進(jìn)入下一施工工序，為保證樁位的準(zhǔn)確性，樁位必須打入木樁或插入竹片作為樁位標(biāo)記。
4.  下鉆桿時，先使樁機(jī)安置在標(biāo)定的孔位上，使鉆頭中心對準(zhǔn)孔中心，桿位偏差在±5cm以內(nèi)，調(diào)整樁機(jī)水平度及垂直度，保證孔斜率不大于1.5%，終孔后校正鉆具，樁徑偏差不得大于4%。
下鉆桿攪拌前要通過地面試噴清水，檢查噴粉設(shè)備和管路系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備的壓力和排量必須滿足設(shè)計要求；管路系統(tǒng)的密封圈必須良好，各通道和噴嘴內(nèi)不得有雜
