第一節(jié)、工程概述
××××大樓1#樓工程位于蕭山市北新區(qū)市北街道地段，市心北路路東，蕭山歌劇院北側(cè)，金惠路東伸段北。本工程建設(shè)單位為設(shè)計(jì)單位為杭州市蕭山建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院。
××××大樓1#樓工程總建筑面積11921m2，其中地下室建筑面積921m2，占地面積921 m2，地上12層，地下1層，總高度45.5m。
具體建筑使用功能為：地下一層為地下汽車庫(kù)、配電間和水泵房、空調(diào)機(jī)房，一層及以上為辦公室、會(huì)議室，屋頂設(shè)有機(jī)房層。整個(gè)建筑功能分區(qū)清晰、簡(jiǎn)潔。
地下室一層層高為4.5M，地上一層層高為4.5M，二～十一層層高為3.4M、十二層層高為4.5 M，室內(nèi)外高差300mm。

第二節(jié) 建筑概述
一、建筑裝飾:
1、外裝修:立面采用干掛石材、外墻涂料、玻璃幕墻，構(gòu)筑成一個(gè)優(yōu)雅經(jīng)典的造型。
2、內(nèi)裝修：
（1）樓地面：主要防滑地磚地面、水泥砂漿面層、細(xì)石混凝土面層等裝飾。
（2）墻面：主要為水泥砂漿抹面、紙筋灰
